My signature program is a live, interactive, virtual, super fun 6-week workshop that will help you get unstuck (while also adding more play to your days). Gain clarity on what you want and take action on your life. The time will pass anyway...how will you use it? Design proactive steps to un-pause and press play on your life.

Press Play is a live, interactive program with opportunities to share within a small and supportive group, as well as get one-on-one guidance to keep you accountable for success.
