My signature program is a live, interactive, virtual, super fun 6-week workshop that will help you get unstuck (while also adding more play to your days). Gain clarity on what you want and take action on your life. The time will pass will you use it? Design proactive steps to un-pause and press play on your life.

The Program Curriculum

Week 1

Take Care of Your Soul

  • We’ll focus on the mind-body connection, and you’ll learn how to set up healthy practices (more exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and sleep) to help you get over an “I can’t do it” mentality. You CAN do it.
  • You’ll be tracking your progress in a “Soul Care Chart” that you submit weekly to hold yourself accountable. I’ll support you!

Week 2

Gain Clarity

  • You’ll start to uncover the layers of what makes you YOU, using proven tools, diagrams, and worksheets that encourage deep self-reflection.
  • You’ll find your “raison d’être” that will give you insight into how to merge your skills with your desires, and what you need to get unstuck.

Week 3

Hear Your Soul Whispers and Follow the Signs

  • You’ll learn how to get quiet and listen to your inner knowing, instead of being controlled by your limiting beliefs and the expectations of others.
  • You’ll also start paying attention to the signs and synchronicities around you. You’ll start to gain perspective and increase the level of gratitude for all that you have.

Week 4

Embrace Play, Mystery, and Adventure

  • You’ll find your personal “keys to freedom” to help shift your mindset and take charge of how you want to live your life.
  • You’ll discover how to express your “play personality,” and you’ll be encouraged to create your own challenges and to seek adventure without letting excuses get in your way.

Week 5

Prioritize Your Goals and Manage Your Time

  • You’ll learn how to maximize productivity every day and how to make time for the action items that are most important to you.
  • We’ll also discuss the value of pausing for ultimate growth and how to stay motivated to achieve your goals.

Week 6

Let Go, Find Strength, and Move Ahead

  • You’ll start to shed the fears, perfectionism, and expectations that have kept you from realizing your most authentic self. You’ll learn how to build resilience in all areas of your life, and how to live with a broader perspective and more gratitude.
  • You’ll create an action plan for your future based on everything you have learned in the workshop.

What is group coaching?

The groups each consist of 10-15 people. We will go around the circle, and you will have the opportunity to share (or not!) your progress from the previous week and receive individual coaching from me.

Where is the program held?

Everything is in your online personal dashboard on this website, including the Zoom links and class materials. You can access it all from anywhere.

When can I sign up for Press Play?

You can sign up anytime, however there are only a limited number of sessions per year, so it is recommended to secure your spot in advance.

What materials do I need to bring to the call?

You just need a pen, paper...and of course, a curious, open mind ready for growth and change! Weekly activities are downloadable from your dashboard.

Is the homework required?

The homework is not required, but it is certainly encouraged to get the most out of the program.

What if I can’t make the live call?

The call recordings will live on your page in the dashboard, so you can access them later at your convenience.

Is there a payment plan?

Paying up front gives you a discount, but you can also pay in 3 automatic installments over 3 months.

Is there a cancellation policy?
